Explore fine food and everyday essentials
Our Fine Food collection brings together products that are hard to place in just one category, but very easy to love once you discover them. Here you will find raw pantry ingredients, natural delicacies, sea vegetables, olives, plant-based spreads, wellness products, and a few thoughtful tools for everyday use. What unites them is their purity, their usefulness, and the feeling that they bring something special to daily life.
Fresh aloe vera
Our fresh aloe vera leaf is a beautifully versatile natural product. It can be stored in a cool room for several days and used both externally and internally with the right preparation. The clear gel inside is valued for refreshing the skin, helping with burns, and nourishing the hair. For internal use, we recommend letting the yellow latex drip out and washing the gel carefully before enjoying it.
Seaweed and sea vegetables
Our seaweed range brings the taste and vitality of the ocean into the kitchen in a pure, practical and healthy form: gently dried under 40°C. We offer dried dulse, sea spaghetti, wakame, and an organic dried Ocean Salad made from dulse, nori, and sea lettuce. These sea vegetables can be eaten just as they are or added to salads, smoothies, and tartares. Because they are not rinsed with fresh water, they may show white traces of natural salt, which is completely normal. They keep for a long time when stored dry and away from light, making them an easy and nourishing pantry staple.
Raw nut and seed butters
Our raw nut and seed butters are made for people who love simple ingredients with real depth. We offer among other white sesame tahini, cashew butter, apricot kernel butter, peeled hemp seed butter, white almond butter, and pumpkin seed butter. Each one has its own personality, from especially aromatic and harmonious to mildly nutty, sweet, or gently spicy. These butters are wonderfully versatile in cereals, smoothies, cakes, dressings, dips, and many other everyday recipes, and they are all vegan and carefully processed at low temperatures.
Coconut pantry staples
Our coconut products bring a pure, tropical richness to both sweet and savoury cooking. We offer raw coconut butter and raw coconut oil, both made without raising temperatures above 42°C. The coconut butter combines coconut cream and coconut oil and is ideal for dishes where you want both body and flavour, while the coconut oil offers a more fluid and versatile format with a pure, original taste. Both products are appreciated not only in the kitchen, but also for their naturally beneficial fats and their link to skin and hair care.
Natural sweetener
Our raw yacon and raw Mazafati date syrups are a natural sweetener for people who want something different from conventional sugar. Made from 100% yacon and 100% Mazafati date, and kept below 42°C during production, it can be used in desserts, drinks, and other recipes where you want gentle sweetness in a more natural and healthy form. It is simple, vegan, and easy to work into everyday routines.
Raw pesto
Our raw pesto selection adds a bold, aromatic side to the collection. We offer varieties such as garlic and tomato pesto, basil and myrtle berries pesto, and wild garlic and chili pesto. These pestos are made with organic ingredients and extra virgin olive oil, and each one brings its own style, from fragrant and herbaceous to deeper, richer, or pleasantly spicy. They work beautifully in sauces, spreads, and quick savoury dishes.
Reusable kitchen tools
We also offer a few practical tools that fit beautifully with a more conscious kitchen routine. Our stainless steel straws are a simple reusable alternative for drinks at home, while the BocUp vacuum packing kits help empty and reuse glass jars more easily. The BocUp system is designed to be ecological, easy to use, and made from durable, plastic-free biosourced material. These products bring a useful, low-waste spirit to the collection and help extend the care we put into food beyond the ingredient itself.
Our machete, meanwhile, will become your faithful companion if you grow addicted to coconuts.

FAQ
What can I find in your Fine Food collection?
Our Fine Food collection brings together a diverse range of natural pantry staples, sea vegetables, olives, wellness products, and useful kitchen tools. You will find products like fresh aloe vera leaf, raw dried seaweed, raw nut and seed butters, raw pesto, raw coconut oil, raw yacon syrup, ghassoul clay, olives and a few essential kitchen tools. It is a collection for people who enjoy products that are simple, practical, and full of character.
What is fresh aloe vera leaf used for?
Our fresh aloe vera leaf can be used both externally and internally with the right preparation. The gel inside is valued for refreshing the skin, helping with burns, and nourishing the hair. If you want to use it internally, we recommend cutting away the green skin, letting the yellow latex drip out, and washing the gel carefully before use.
How should I store fresh aloe vera leaf?
We recommend storing our fresh aloe vera leaf in a cool room, where it can keep for around 10 to 15 days. That gives you enough time to cut pieces as needed and use the gel gradually.
How do I use your raw dried seaweed?
Our raw dried seaweeds can be eaten just as they are or added to salads, smoothies, and tartares. Because they are not rinsed with fresh water, they may show white traces of natural salt. That is completely normal. If you prefer a milder taste, you can simply quickly rinse them with water before eating.
How should I store dried seaweed?
We recommend keeping dried seaweed in a dry place away from light. Stored that way, it keeps for a very long time and remains an easy pantry ingredient to reach for whenever you want something mineral-rich and a little more unusual.
How can I use your nut and seed butters?
Our nut and seed butters are wonderfully versatile. You can use them in cereals, smoothies, cakes, desserts, dips, dressings, protein shakes, or simple everyday recipes. Some are especially good for savoury uses, like tahini and pumpkin seed butter, while others fit beautifully into sweeter or more neutral dishes, like almond butter, cashew butter, or coconut butter.
Are your butters and pesto raw?
Yes, they are raw, with temperatures kept below 42°C during production. That is part of what we value in this collection: products that stay closer to their natural state.
How should I store the butters and oils?
Most of our butters and oils should be stored at room temperature away from light. Our coconut butter is the main exception: we recommend keeping it in the fridge, away from light. Because coconut butter naturally separates into oil and cream, you can place it in a gentle warm water bath to soften the top layer and mix it back together.
What are yacon syrup and date syrup?
Our yacon syrup and Mazafati date syrup are natural sweeteners made from 100% yacon and 100% Mazafati date. We offer them as simple alternatives to conventional sugar for desserts, beverages, and other recipes where you want sweetness in a more natural form. They are vegan and produced without heating above 40°C.
Are your olives salted or processed?
None of the above. They are jarred 100% naturally, without salt, oil, or brine. How do they keep without preservatives? Thanks to the natural gases they release, which fill the jar (hence the “psshht” sound when opening) and help preserve them for many months as long as the jar remains unopened. That is a big part of what makes them so different from standard olives.
What is ghassoul clay used for?
Ghassoul clay is a natural care product for body and hair. It is valued for its cleansing properties and has been used for centuries in Morocco. We include it in Fine Food not as something to eat, but as part of a wider natural lifestyle collection.
What is the BocUp vacuum kit for?
The BocUp system is a practical tool for reusing glass jars and vaccum-seal them easily. It is designed to be ecological, easy to use, and made from durable, plastic-free biosourced material. For us, it belongs in this collection because it supports a more thoughtful and less wasteful kitchen routine.
What else can I buy from Jurassic Fruit?
You can explore tropical favourites like mangoes and coconuts, naturally indulgent dates, curated fruit boxes for curious eaters, and rare honey, all chosen with the same Jurassic Fruit philosophy: real freshness, honest sourcing, and ingredients worth getting excited about.
