Buy Raw Organic Honey online
Some honey is simply sweet. Some honey feels like a landscape in a jar.
At Jurassic Fruit, we look for honey that still feels alive: raw, unheated, floral, and full of character. Our collection brings together more than 15 rare honeys from wild blossoms, alongside bee treasures like Royal Jelly and Pollen. The current range is centered on Spain and includes varieties such as Thyme Honey, Forest Honey, Lemon Honey, Albaida Honey exquisite, Eucalyptus Honey, and Orange Honey exquisite.
Why our honey tastes so different
We do not look for flat, anonymous sweetness. We look for honey with depth, texture, and a real floral signature.
Several of the current product pages describe these honeys as unheated and bee-friendly, coming directly from small farms. Some also highlight gently moved, unsupplemented bees, no synthetic chemical treatments, and no heating to delay natural crystallization. That is the kind of honey we love: less manipulated, more expressive, and closer to its natural rhythm.
Real honey does not stay still
One of the beautiful things about raw honey is that it changes.
Because it is not heated to force stability, it can crystallize naturally a few weeks or months after harvest. That is not a defect. It is part of the life of real honey. Store it in a dry, dark place, ideally around 25°C, and let it follow its own pace. The texture may shift, but the quality remains.
A whole world of flavour, one spoon at a time
Each honey has its own personality.
Thyme Honey brings a more intense, herbal character. Forest Honey feels deeper and wilder. Lemon Honey is bright and lively. Albaida Honey exquisite is described as delicate and lingering. Eucalyptus Honey offers caramel nuances with moderate sweetness, while Orange Honey exquisite leans sweeter and more floral. This is what makes our collection so exciting: one bee world, many different expressions of taste.
Beyond honey: Royal Jelly and Pollen
If you want to explore beyond the jar, there is more to discover.
Royal Jelly adds a fresher, more delicate side to the collection and is offered raw, with refrigeration recommended on receipt. Pollen brings another texture and another ritual entirely, whether you enjoy it simply or sprinkle it into everyday bowls and breakfasts. Together, they open the door to a broader, more fascinating world of bee-made foods.
From Spain to your home
Our current honey collection is largely sourced from Spain and shipped by road, which keeps the journey simpler and more grounded. That shorter route fits the spirit of the range: careful sourcing, small-scale production, and food with real origin and identity.
Taste the untamed side of sweetness
If you have only known conventional honey, this is your invitation to taste something more alive.
Floral or foresty, delicate or intense, smooth or slowly crystallized, our honeys are chosen for their purity, their personality, and the care behind them. One spoon can sweeten. A really good spoon can transport.

FAQ
Is your honey raw?
Yes — our honey is raw, unheated, and chosen for its natural character. We do not look for perfectly uniform honey that has been overly processed just to stay liquid for longer. We look for honey that still feels alive: fragrant, expressive, and true to its floral origin. That is also why the texture can evolve naturally over time. For us, this is part of the beauty of real honey. It is less manipulated, more authentic, and much closer to what honey should be.
Why has my honey crystallized?
Crystallization is completely natural and does not reduce quality at all. In fact, it is one of the signs that your honey has not been heavily treated. Raw, unheated honey often begins to crystallize a few weeks or months after harvesting, depending on the variety and storage conditions. Some honeys stay fluid for longer, while others become creamy or more solid more quickly. This is simply part of honey’s natural life and not something to worry about.
How should I store honey?
We recommend storing our honey ideally at around 25°C, in a dry and dark place. There is no need to refrigerate it. What matters most is protecting it from excess humidity, direct light, and strong temperature swings. If your honey crystallizes, that is perfectly normal. Just keep it well stored and enjoy it at its own rhythm.
Where does your honey come from?
Our current honey selection comes from Spain. We work with small-scale producers who care deeply about quality, natural beekeeping, and respectful handling of the bees. For us, origin is not just a place on a label. It is part of the honey’s personality. Climate, flowers, landscape, and beekeeping practices all shape the final aroma, texture, and depth of flavour in the jar.
Which honey should I choose if I like stronger flavours?
If you enjoy deeper, more distinctive honey, Forest Honey and Thyme Honey are beautiful places to start. Forest Honey tends to feel darker, richer, and more intense, with a wilder character. Thyme Honey brings a more herbal profile, with a bold and lingering taste. These are wonderful choices if you want a honey with presence, complexity, and a little more edge on the palate.
Which honey should I choose if I want something softer or more floral?
If you prefer a gentler, more delicate style, we recommend Orange Honey exquisite or Albaida Honey exquisite. Orange Honey exquisite is sweet and floral, with a softer, more familiar charm. Albaida Honey exquisite has a more delicate, lingering flavour that feels elegant and refined. Lemon Honey can also be a lovely option if you enjoy a bright, lively honey with a fresher profile.
What is the difference between honey, Royal Jelly, and Pollen?
They all come from the world of the hive, but they offer very different experiences. Honey is the classic: smooth, sweet, spoonable, and deeply comforting. Royal Jelly is more delicate and should be refrigerated on receipt. It feels more like a precious fresh bee product than an everyday sweetener. Pollen brings yet another side of the hive, with a different texture and a more versatile use. You can enjoy it by the spoon or add it to smoothie bowls, muesli, or other simple dishes. Together, they open up a much wider and more fascinating bee world than honey alone.
Do you offer more than one honey variety?
Yes — and that is exactly what makes the collection so exciting. We offer a range of honeys with very different personalities, including Thyme Honey, Forest Honey, Lemon Honey, Albaida Honey exquisite, Eucalyptus Honey, and Orange Honey exquisite. Each one has its own profile, from floral and delicate to caramel-like, herbal, or more intense. Exploring different honey varieties is a bit like tasting different fruits or wines: each landscape leaves its own signature.
What makes your honey different from standard supermarket honey?
For us, the difference begins with respect for the bees and ends with what you taste in the jar. We choose honeys that are unheated, expressive, and sourced from small producers who work with care. Several of our honey and bee-product pages also highlight practices such as gently moved bees, no synthetic chemical treatments, and no heating used to delay crystallization. The result is a honey with more life, more texture, and more real flavour — not just sweetness.
Can I use your honey in everyday recipes?
Absolutely. Our honey is wonderful on its own, but it also works beautifully in everyday food. You can spoon it over fruit, stir it into yogurt, drizzle it over porridge, spread it on bread, or use it to bring depth to dressings and simple desserts. Each honey variety adds its own personality, so using different jars in different recipes can be a lovely way to explore the collection.
How should I store Royal Jelly?
Royal Jelly should be refrigerated as soon as you receive it. Unlike honey, it is a fresh bee product and needs to be kept cold. We recommend treating it with a little extra care, both in storage and in use, so it stays as fresh and vibrant as possible.
How should I store Pollen?
Our Pollen should be stored in a dry and dark place. It is easy to enjoy plain or add to simple foods like smoothie bowls, muesli, or breakfast dishes. It is a beautiful option if you want to explore something from the hive that is less sweet than honey and more textured.
