Who is Iulian? He's a young farmer based in Andalusia (which means right around the corner for a tropical fruit like mango). On his family farm, he pampers his trees and uses no pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. At harvest time, he carefully selects the most developed fruits. That's why his mangoes are so tasty and full of nutrients.

And to ensure that they travel well and that you can eat them at your own pace, he takes care to harvest them while they are still firm. A few days at room temperature and they're ready for a feast of choice. Can you feel your taste buds rejoicing already?
