Dass die Früchte sehr weich bei dir angekommen sind, ist natürlich nicht ideal. Eine deutlich zu weiche Konsistenz kann darauf hindeuten, dass sie während des Transports bereits sehr reif waren.
Dass sich das Fruchtfleisch jedoch nicht gut vom Kern lösen lässt, ist bei der Gandaria ganz normal. Die Frucht haftet natürlicherweise am Stein, ähnlich wie bei manchen Mangosorten mit „anhaftendem Kern“. Das ist also kein Qualitätsmangel, sondern eine sortentypische Eigenschaft.
Wenn die Früchte allerdings extrem weich, breiig oder sogar alkoholisch im Geruch oder Geschmack waren, dann entspricht das selbstverständlich nicht unserem Anspruch. In dem Fall melde dich bitte noch einmal mit einer kurzen Beschreibung, wie sie geschmeckt oder gerochen haben, damit wir das besser einschätzen können.

Delicious in terms of taste, but unfortunately the flesh goes poorly from the core. Some were already muddy and brown after 1-2 days. If they are not yet too ripe and the flesh is still firm, they are easier to eat.
