Alphonso Mango 🥭 The king of mangoes
This magnificent example among the many Indian mangoes is now also known here in Germany, but a fresh Alphonso mango is no comparison to the mango puree available here in glasses & co. A seductive scent followed by creamy, almost fiber-free, delicate flesh and intense sweetness 🥰 An exotic culinary journey with a great risk of addiction that doesn't just stick to an order 🤩

Good
The mango had a very good and interesting flavor. It was on the smaller side, but unfortunately about half of them had dark spots, so I had to throw away some of the fruit.
