My family comes from Antep in southeastern Turkey. Antep is considered to be the main growing area for pistachios. But since they are heavily injected there, I ordered these organic Jurassic Fruit pistachios and would have done it again regularly, but unfortunately they don't taste like Antebi pistachios.
I hope that organic pizza production will be further expanded in Europe, but that at least tastier varieties such as Antebi varieties or Iranian pizzas will be cultivated in the future.

Unsere Pistazien sind roh und vollkommen unbehandelt, also nicht geröstet oder erhitzt. Deshalb ist ihr Geschmack natürlicher, aber oft etwas milder im Vergleich zu den klassischen Antebi- oder iranischen Pistazien, die man meist geröstet kennt. Dafür sind die Nährwerte jedoch sehr viel höher, da diese meist unter dem Erhitzen leiden. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du unsere Pistazien selbst kurz rösten, das intensiviert das Aroma sehr und kommt dem Geschmack der handelsüblichen Pistazien näher.
