Avocados are great, but not wild.
I was expecting more interesting fruit. There were 3 fat things, type unknown. Two were the same kind and super soft and creamy. The other was hard as steel. Had to ripen for a very long time. Definitely better than in the store, but they certainly weren't wild avocados. So a bit disappointing.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're sorry that the avocados didn't quite meet your expectations. Our wild avocados are actually a mix of different varieties from our producer — so the fruits may vary in size, ripeness and consistency. Even though they sometimes look or ripen differently than the well-known Mexicola (if you've been looking for them), they're still wild avocados with a full flavor. We hope that with the next delivery, you might have a variety that you like even more!

High quality avocados
Like others, I did not receive avocados that looked like the original picture for this product listing, however Jurassic Fruit support confirmed they are neither Bacon, Fuerte, or any other known, named variety and they have updated the product picture to better match the actual variety that was shipped, also noting that the variety can change from week to week.
This avocado is large, stays green when ripe, has thin but bitter skin (I would not eat it). The flesh was 100% perfect in all the avocados, really high quality, not a single blemish in all the 9 avocados I received. The taste was mild and sweet, resembling Bacon avocados, but with a hint of walnuts. The seeds are fairly big, but the flesh-to-seed ratio is still very good.
Even though it is not exactly what I expected, I am still happy to have tasted this and I will happily buy it again.

Big deception
The avocados received do not correspond to the photo at all and are of the same variety, Fuerte type only smaller.
I am not the only one who has read the comments that have been fooled about what type of lawyer I am looking for.
I strongly do not recommend this product.

Thanks for your feedback. However, they are wild avocados. Unfortunately, we cannot predict which varieties the grower will be able to harvest each week. Some fruits look like Mexicola but are not. Most of them look more like our photos, with thin green skin and a large core, but their flesh is still very tasty. We do our best to respect the varieties and have adapted the product photos.

Disappointed, because I expected several varieties and sizes as in the presentation photo.
I received... 3 kg of bacon...
At 300g each, it's tough for wild...
Don't expect to eat mexicola...
However, the avocados received are very good.
