Very tasty and full fruits. Super product.
Sören (DE)

Born on wild tropical vines and still carrying the intense aroma of the rainforest.

One of the most aromatic tropical fruits, combining bright acidity with deep natural sweetness.

Naturally rich in fibre, making it as satisfying as it is intensely refreshing.

How To Eat & Store

Step 1 - Ripeness

Do not hesitate to wait until the skin becomes heavily wrinkled. That's when the flavour is at its peak.

Step 2 - Halve and Spoon

Slice in half, scoop pulp and edible seeds directly.

Step 3 - Refrigerate

Store in the fridge and use within 1 week of delivery.

Taste Profile

Red passionfruit is pure aromatic intensity, liquid-smooth pulp, bursting with tropical flavour and pronounced tartness. The sweet-sour balance leans firmly tart, and that's exactly its charm. Filled with numerous edible seeds and extremely juicy. The boldest of the passionfruit family.

Description

Red passion fruit: the wild tropical flavor explosion

Red passion fruit is one of those fruits that people remember after tasting it once.

Cut it open and the smell hits immediately: tropical, floral, fresh and intense. The pulp is juicy and bright, with a balance of sweetness and acidity that wakes up the whole palate. Some people taste citrus, others tropical candy or flowers. Either way, it does not taste like ordinary fruit.

Originally from South America, passion fruit grows on climbing tropical vines and still feels wonderfully wild today.

Ours are harvested close to full ripeness, when the flavor becomes deeper, sweeter and more aromatic. A wrinkled skin is actually a good sign. It means the fruit has concentrated its sugars and reached a better eating stage.

Inside, the golden-red pulp is filled with crunchy edible seeds that give texture and freshness. Eat it with a spoon straight from the shell, or add it to yogurt, smoothies, desserts or cocktails.

Passion fruit is also naturally rich in fibre, with around 10g per 100g.
But honestly, people do not fall in love with passion fruit because of nutrition facts.
They love it because it tastes amazingly good.
