It's like eating a jelly sweet, without any refined sugar and packed with vitamins.

How To Eat & Store

Step 1 - Peel it

Break the skin open or score it at the equator to peel both halves away.

Step 2 - Remove the Seed

Eat the translucent flesh, discard the hard central seed.

Step 3 - Eat Fresh, Store Cold

Refrigerate and eat within 3–4 days of delivery.

Untreated no pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. Our partner farms maintain the surrounding jungle ecosystem and harvest only by hand at peak ripeness. The trees grow as part of the forest, not apart from it.

Named for its vivid hair-like spines (rambut means 'hair' in Malay), rambutan is one of the most visually dramatic fruits and one of the most rewarding to peel. Inside that wild exterior: translucent white flesh, floral and sweet, with the satisfying burst of a lychee but more body and character.

Ours comes from micro-farms nestled on the edge of the same tropical jungle where this fruit has grown wild for millions of years. No synthetic inputs. No monocultures. Harvested by hand at the end of the week, it arrives at your home just a few days later.
