We don't order from a catalogue. We work directly with small growers, and with a small farm in the Abadan region of Iran for the Barhi Fresh & Juicy. We visit them, taste with them and choose together.

Questions you might have

How do I store my dates?

All our dates handle the freezer very well, and it is the best way to keep them: they last for months without any problem. The fridge works too, for a few weeks. So freeze your trays, then move one to the fridge when you start it.

What do I do with a pack of 5 or 10 trays?

Put the whole pack in the freezer and take out one tray at a time, as above. They are delicious just as they are: one or two pure dates make a dessert at the end of a meal. You can also turn them into the dessert ideas above (brownies, energy balls, smoothie, or a juicy date with almond butter). And a pack is easy to share with a colleague or a neighbour.

These are last year's dates. Are they still good?

Yes, they're from the previous harvest. Dates keep very well in the cold, and we re-tasted them before launch: same melting flesh, with just a few sugar crystals here and there.

Can I mix several dates?

Yes. Take a pack of your favourite and a single tray of the others to taste them all.

When will I receive my order?

If your order only contains dates, it ships within 1 to 2 working days. If it also includes fresh fruit, it can take a little longer: the shipping date is shown at checkout.
