It tastes like cucumber and yet it isn't. I let them ripen until they are completely orange and add maple syrup. Then it works. ;-)

The taste of Kiwano is somewhat reminiscent of cucumber and melon. The fruits were at an optimal level of ripeness and could be eaten directly. Jurassic Fruit packs the fruits very carefully so that they arrived immaculate
