Je comprends tout à fait votre déception et je suis désolée que ce fruit ne vous ait pas plu du tout. C'est vraiment dommage d'avoir une expérience aussi négative, surtout quand on découvre un nouveau fruit exotique.
La sapotille a effectivement un goût très particulier avec sa texture crémeuse et son goût sucré qui peut rappeler la poire ou la cassonade. Ce n'est malheureusement pas un fruit qui plaît à tout le monde, et je comprends parfaitement que vous ayez eu cette réaction. Est-ce que le fruit que vous avez goûté était bien mûr ? Car si la sapotille n’est pas mûre, elle a un goût astringent.
Nous espérons que cette expérience ne vous découragera pas de découvrir d'autres fruits exotiques qui pourraient mieux correspondre à vos goûts.
