Very great with salmon, schnitzel, gef-baked vegetables, soups and also in spreads as a surprising crunchy, juicy component that melts happily sour in the mouth. I placed it as a whole fruit on the plate for the individual guests and gave them a short guide - simply cut it in the middle and squeeze it out. It was a lot of fun and delicious. Next, I want to test caviar in drinks, cocktails and desserts.
