The sapote was delivered in a solid, unripe state. It gradually becomes soft and you can enjoy the very sweet and intense flesh. If it is still firm, it tastes bitterly bitter.

I've never seen this fruit before but it was a real highlight. It was really juicy, sweet and simply super delicious, it actually remembers a bit of brown sugar. I am very impressed, would order again and again.
