Es ist gut nachvollziehbar, dass es manchmal etwas Zeit braucht, bis sich für eine neue, exotische Frucht die passende Verwendung findet.. Die süße Tamarinde ist tatsächlich sehr vielseitig einsetzbar – sie eignet sich wunderbar als gesunder Snack zwischendurch, kann aber auch in Smoothies, Desserts oder sogar in herzhaften Gerichten verwendet werden. In der herzhaften Küche wird sie oft für Saucen, Chutneys oder Currys eingesetzt, weil sie dort für eine schöne Balance sorgt. Viele unserer Kunden nutzen sie auch gerne als natürliche Süße in Tees oder Müslis.
