La couleur violette à l'intérieur peut varier d'une fève à l'autre, et certaines peuvent parfois être plus plates si le fruit n'a pas atteint sa pleine maturité avant la récolte.

I eat cocoa beans like nuts to supplement my raw food diet. They taste wonderfully chocolaty, the white house gives a slight sweetness. It's very tasty.

Great combination of bitter cocoa core and sweet flesh. The longer you chew it, the sweeter the taste becomes. The core is al dente similar to nuts, which makes the product a healthy snack. It's delicious and you don't eat as much because you chew it for a long time (you can cover several weeks with a pack). The first few bites are sometimes very tough.
