Wonderful taste! Flowery, firm consistency, sweet and with a slight acidity. Straight to the way to feed away. A bit comparable to the “normal” Cavendish banana variety when you buy the yellow ones and store them in the refrigerator until the skin is brown.

The Platanos have always been equally well ripe so far. I particularly like the slightly fruity lemony aftertaste to the sweet. We fry thicker letters with rice dishes or with vanilla ice cream as a dessert. Delicious
