Fresh Barhi dates are a rare delicacy, loved across the Middle East and enjoyed during a short season when the fruit is at its very best.

Soft & juicy. Unlike dried dates, fresh Barhi offers notes of caramel and toffee in a texture that's closer to a ripe fruit than a traditional date.

Natural energy and valuable nutrients, Barhi dates naturally contain fibre, potassium, copper, and B vitamins.

Grown in Iran, where dates have been cultivated for thousands of years, pesticide-free and with nothing added.

How To Eat & Store

Freeze Immediately

On arrival, place directly in the freezer. This is essential — they are extremely fresh and fragile. It does not affect texture or quality.
Or refrigerate to consume within a few weeks (may crystallise slightly).

Thaw When Ready

Take out what you need and eat at room temperature or slightly chilled.

Remove the Pit and Eat

Soft flesh opens easily — remove the central pit and eat the whole fruit.

The Barhi date is harvested at its most precise and fleeting window: the fresh and juicy stage, when the flesh has just turned brown and the natural sugars have fully concentrated. Harvested by hand, sorted for quality, packed and shipped immediately to preserve freshness.
