Where it begins

The mystical Orient, where extreme desert heat, low humidity, and rich mineral soil create conditions that have produced exceptional Medjool dates for thousands of years. Our growers are part of a community of over 250 Jordan Valley families whose livelihoods depend on this crop, working both Israeli and Palestinian farms side by side.

How it's grown

Certified organic. Each date is hand-harvested at peak ripeness and individually inspected. Only Jumbo-grade fruit, the largest and most perfectly formed, make the cut. Nutrients are preserved by keeping dates raw and unheated.
