How To Eat & Store

Step 1 - Check Ripeness

Yellow-orange skin, fragrant, slight soft = ready.
Green-yellow, firm = ripen at room temperature for 2-3 days.

Step 2 - Open

Halve lengthways.
Scoop out seeds (keep if desired: peppery and edible).

Ways to enjoy

Step 3 - Storage

Ripen at room temperature
Once ripe: refrigerate and consume within 3–5 days
Once open: keeps in a dry fridge for 2-3 days
