The fruits are fully ripe, it's just that the taste of this fruit seems a bit bland to me. It's moderately sweet, creamy, somewhere between papaya and avocado. Just nice but not great.

The Sapotes Blancos that I received unfortunately arrived partly crushed and their taste was bland (even among those that were not crushed).

Magnificent product, delicious to eat like cream with a spoon or directly like an apple, a mixture of vanilla caramel cream

First time tasting this fruit. I have heard of the tastiness and even got a potted tree, but i was a little disappointed. It has a little bit flesh , sweet but without much funk.

The sapotes are ripe and taste good. I can't really interpret the taste.
