How To Eat & Store

Step 1 - Cut in Half

Slice the fruit in half with a knife to reveal the gel inside.

Step 2 - Scoop the Pulp

Spoon out the gel directly, seeds are fully edible and add crunch.

Another fun way to eat it

Peel the shell with your hands like a boiled egg, the white inner envelope is edible too!
