Sweet, aromatic, and incredibly refreshing, Nam Hom is one of the world’s most prized coconut varieties.

Naturally isotonic and rich in electrolytes, the closest thing nature has to a sports drink, without the additives.

Certified organic and sourced directly from Liu’s farm, these fresh coconuts remain exceptionally rare in Europe.

How To Eat & Store

How to open it with a knife

Use a large knife to trim the flat side of the coconut until the softer inner shell and one of the eyes become easier to spot.
Or use a sturdy sharp knife to carefully press into different spots on the flat side until you find the soft eye and pierce through.
Then, cut away a thin layer of fibers all around the coconut to expose the shell along its entire equator.
Finally, strike the coconut with a hammer, or against the edge of a hard corner or surface, all the way around its equator. After a few firm blows, it will split into two halves.

How to open it with a machete

The traditional method used across tropical regions. With a few precise cuts, the top opens cleanly and gives easy access to both the water and the soft flesh inside.

Crack Open and Scoop the Flesh

Split the shell on a hard surface or with a machete, then scoop the soft white flesh with a spoon.

Keep refrigerated

Store at 2–4°C on arrival and consume within 2–3 weeks. No need to unpack before refrigerating.

Ways to enjoy it

• Drink and eat it straight from the coconut
• Blend the water and flesh into a creamy coconut milk
• Mixed with fruits for smoothies or tropical desserts
• Blended into healthy creamy soups

Where It Begins

Grown in Thailand on Liu’s certified organic farms, these young coconuts are harvested while full of sweet water. Their soft flesh and naturally floral aroma made this variety famous across Southeast Asia.

How It's Grown

Grown organically without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers. After harvest, the coconuts receive only gentle organic-certified treatments to preserve freshness naturally. To our knowledge, this is one of the only sources of certified organic fresh Nam Hom Pagode coconuts in Thailand.

Most coconut water sold in shops has been processed, stored for months, and packed in plastic-heavy packaging. Fresh young coconut is a completely different experience.

Open one and you’ll find naturally sweet coconut water that tastes clean, light, and genuinely refreshing.

These Nam Hom Pagode coconuts come from Thailand and are harvested young, when the water is at its sweetest and the flesh still soft enough to eat with a spoon. Each coconut contains around 350 ml of fresh coconut water, plus tender jelly-like flesh hidden inside.

Drink it ice cold after sport, in the sun, or whenever your body asks for something healthy and refreshing.

Then crack it open and scoop out the flesh. Soft, delicate, surprisingly satisfying, and far better than most people expect the first time they try it.

Nature really did a good job with this one.
