A wonderful treat if you “need something mentally” and don't want to hurt yourself. They taste very good and are not too sweet, which I really like. When dried, I immediately get more magnesium - and probably also other substances that are good for me. I get “hungry for bananas” when I need these substances. After that, it's good again and I don't need it for a while. The quality is excellent!
