Buddha's hand is an exceptional fruit with an intense aroma. I was very happy to find them here in the mail order. Ordering and shipping went very well. What you need to know: It is a fruit without flesh! Slice very thinly and use sparingly. Freezes well. I use them as a complex ingredient for tonic syrup. If for sauces and everything that needs to be heated, brew beforehand. Otherwise - as always with citrus - it quickly becomes bitter.
