This is what honey should taste like
I can't understand the negative criticism at all. I've already eaten some organic honeys (including honeycomb) and honeys from regional beekeepers that I know personally, but this tastes completely different and surpasses everything. Slightly earthy, caramel with a subtle bitter note. The pungent sweetness that you know from honey is not found here.

I am just 80 years old, all my life I have only consumed heather honey, it cannot be filtered because it is naturally gelatinous (you can sometimes find a bee there!) : it's always like that, wherever there are heathers, it's the only one I like. But the one I received was just the opposite: crystallized thoroughly (a heresy!!!) without taste except that of sugar, it is a very ordinary Spanish honey, and moreover it is very expensive!!! , a real scandal, it will be used for me to cook.
