I did not know this special kind of coconut before. I loved it! The consistency of the liquid really was like thick sirup with a very nice subtle taste. The flesh was as creamy as it can be with an also very good taste. I had it over 3 days (refrigerated), so it was very abundant! Together with some raw chocolate it was a perfect fit (for me).

Well what can I say you've tried it once, it's not my case. The “liquid” for me had the consistency of aloe vera and the whole thing tasted like nothing, I mixed Nutella and the coconut makes me full and sweet haha.
