Die gelbe Passionsfrucht ist reich an Vitamin C und enthält Beta-Carotin, beides Antioxidantien. Vitamin C trägt zum Schutz der Zellen vor oxidativem Stress, zu einer normalen Funktion des Immunsystems und zur normalen Kollagenbildung für eine normale Hautfunktion bei. Mit etwa 10 g Ballaststoffen pro 100 g gehört sie zu den ballaststoffreichsten tropischen Früchten.

Beschreibung

Gelbe Passionsfrucht: Die tropische Geschmacksexplosion

Die meisten kennen Passionsfrucht von der säuerlichen, violetten Sorte aus dem Supermarkt. Diese hier ist etwas ganz anderes: goldgelb, blumig und so süß, dass man sie löffelweise essen kann, ohne dass es im Mund brennt.

Die gelbe Maracuja (Passiflora edulis) ist die seltenere, aromatischere Form der Passionsfrucht. Sie stammt aus den tropischen Regionen Südamerikas und wird in Vietnam mit integrierten Anbaumethoden kultiviert, die sowohl die Frucht als auch den Boden respektieren. Sie ist verzehrfertig.

Passion fruit yellow
I received 1.5 kg of yellow passion fruit last week and now I have 2 fruits left over 1 week later.
With the heat, it's appropriate now. Because in the heat, I have no appetite for “normal lunch.” I prefer to make myself a salad with passion fruit (dressing, etc.) or spoon them out, although I have a lot to do with heartburn. It is very refreshing and I love having no heartburn.
You can't get the fruit fresher.

This passion fruit is incredibly sweet and delicious. I highly recommend it. They arrived nicely ripe, although unfortunately one of them was moldy and had to be thrown away. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the quality.
