The sapote amarillos were fine. Out of seven, three were ready to eat immediately. The remaining four still need to soften. The flavor is excellent. I tried the pulp alone, without any additions. Then I tried the pulp seasoned with salt and pepper. And finally, an absolute taste sensation. I blended the sapote amarillo pulp with Greek yogurt. It created a delicious cream. The shipment arrived a day earlier than the expected delivery date. I am very pleased.

It is thick and mealy in the mouth, taste overwhelmingly sweet, otherwise very characterless. I had to overcome eating more than a spoonful of it. The kids, who love cookie dough, what this fruit is supposed to taste like, spit it out right away.
No addition to smoothies or shakes, all variations (banana, mango, coconut, almond, etc.) taste significantly better without them. Unfortunately a complete failure.

The taste of pumpkin, or cooked squash surprised me, well, it was really good! We also talk about cooked egg yolk, yes does that make you think of it in texture, taste? Love that texture. You could think of a fatty fruit but that's not it. Almost no fat. When it's not quite ripe, it's a tiny bit astringent, bitter, but not annoying. And when it's really soft, ripe, it's divine, no bitterness. I just discovered it and it was great.

Unique fruit that tastes like sweet potatoes, chestnuts and shortbread. Great consistency Couldn't eat the whole fruit so that it is very grasping and filling. It was very good in curry or cake.
