Danke dir für deine Nachricht, das ist eine sehr gute und wichtige Frage.
Bei Aloe Vera ist tatsächlich der gelbliche Pflanzensaft direkt unter der Schale gemeint, das sogenannte Latex bzw. Aloin. Dieser kann in größeren Mengen stark abführend wirken und wird deshalb vor dem Verzehr entfernt. Von „krebserregend“ im eigentlichen Sinn spricht man dabei nicht.
Wenn du kein gelbliches Sekret siehst, ist das nicht ungewöhnlich. Es ist oft nur in sehr kleinen Mengen vorhanden oder bereits weitgehend nach außen getreten und beim Waschen verschwunden.
So kannst du die Aloe sicher verwenden:
Die grüne Schale großzügig entfernen
Das transparente Gel im Inneren verwenden
Vorher die Stücke gut abspülen oder kurz wässern, um mögliche Reste des gelben Safts zu entfernenDas reine Aloe Gel ist dann ganz normal verzehrbar und wird z. B. in Smoothies oder Desserts genutzt.
