    Unusual breadfruit

I eat them baked, pan-fried, cooked, or cooked in an air fryer. I like it best from an air fryer, drizzled with a little oil. By the way, it does not stick when prepared in the oven. It is a versatile and very healthy vegetable that is ideal for a wide variety of dishes, whether as a side dish or, sliced and baked, simply as a low-calorie bread substitute. The taste is unique; there is no other vegetable grown in Europe that even remotely resembles it. In many countries, particularly in Hawaii and the Caribbean, it is a staple food.

The fruits sent by Jurassic Fruit are exceptional, very fresh and the flesh is very white.

    Breadfruit is very tasty

It's best to slice the breadfruit, remove the core, and trim off the outer green skin. Then cook it. Fry the cooked pieces in a pan in rapeseed oil. Season with salt, pepper and turmeric. Fry together with the chopped onion. and garlic .You can also bake the breadfruit pieces in oil in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius (420 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 40 minutes, flipping them occasionally. But honestly, I liked them best boiled and then pan-fried.

    Breadtree fruit

A fruit arrived with soft spots and unfortunately had to be used unripe. Three of the four fruits are still ripe and I'm looking forward to their taste.
