Naturally high in vitamin C: one fruit provides significantly more vitamin C than an orange.

The skin is edible: hairless skin makes it easy to eat whole for extra fiber.

How To Eat & Store

Step 1 - Check Ripeness

Press gently with a thumb: if it gives slightly like a ripe peach, it means that it's ready.
If firm, it needs 2–3 more days at room temperature.

Step 2 - Eat It

Eat it whole with the skin (edible, hairless).
Or slice in half and scoop it out.
Or peel and slice it.

Step 3 - Enjoy

Natural · In smoothies or yoghurt · In fruit salads · On avocado toast

Storage

• Ripen firm fruit at room temperature, a paper bag with apple speeds this up
• Once ripe, refrigerate and consume within 1 week

SunGold kiwi: sweet, tropical, and incredibly juicy

Originally developed in New Zealand, SunGold kiwi quickly became loved around the world for its bright golden flesh and naturally tropical flavor. Grown under ocean winds, generous sunshine, and fertile volcanic soils, these kiwis were selected for one simple reason: pure eating pleasure.

SunGold kiwi offers a softer, sweeter side of kiwi, with notes that can remind you of mango, honey, or ripe strawberry. Less tangy than classic green kiwi, it’s loved for its smooth texture and juicy flesh.

When perfectly ripe, the fruit becomes almost creamy, with fewer seeds and a softer core. Even the skin is smooth enough to eat.

Naturally rich in vitamin C, SunGold kiwi is one of those fruits that feels both refreshing and deeply satisfying at the same time.
