Surprising treat
The pineapple arrived on time and carefully packaged.
We ate it the same day and it was a treat.
Mauritius was remarkably easy to peel. The flesh was neither hard nor woody and yet pleasantly “crunchy”. The taste wasn't outlandish exotic, but we particularly liked the fact that it was sweet throughout and did not cause any acid to hurt the teeth.

Dried pineapple
This pineapple is dry, therefore not juicy, unpleasant to eat. I note that I have been eating pineapples for centuries and it is a fruit that is very well known to me.
