Much stronger in taste than her big sister Salak Honey and much juicier. Unfortunately it is also much smaller and barely any flesh on it. 90% of the fruit consists of the inedible core.

Very original and good taste! On the other hand, very pronounced smell 😅

Good quality, but very intense in taste and may not be for everyone.

Tastes okay, but unfortunately it's very stupid to peel

Except 4 really good, 6+ really damaged, most of them overripe/tasteless. As the transport period straddled an unexpected freezing night, and the juicy types of salak are more sensitive to freezing, I don't know if they were picked and sent already overripe/nearly rotten (or maybe so unripe that they were rotting rather than ripened?)... or simply that they suffered worse in transit than the crunchy organic salaks (which were in the same package and were excellent).
