Olive de Nyons : l’olive noire de Provence, mûre, bio et sans aucun ajout

L’olive de Nyons “Tanche” est une variété à la qualité et à la finesse mondialement connues. À ce titre, elle bénéficie du label AOP. C’est une olive au goût beurré, fruité, avec une mini-note d’amertume qui relève le tout.

À Jurassic Fruit, nous t’offrons l’olive de Nyons dans son état le plus préservé. Elle est mise en pot nature. Sans aucun traitement préalable, sans huile, sans saumure, rien. Juste nature.

Du coup, son capital nutritionnel est optimal. De précieux acides-gras mono-insaturés, du fer, de la vitamine E… Un peu comme si tu dégustais la plus nutritive des huiles d’olives pressée à froid, en encore plus sain puisque l’olive entière t’apporte des fibres et d’autres nutriments essentiels absents de l’huile !

Notre producteur a pris soin de laisser ses plus grosses olives sur la branche. Il les a ainsi récoltées plus tard, à pleine maturité (chose rare pour les olives), et ce à la main. Il les a ensuite directement mises en pot. Natures. Quelques mois d’une précieuse évolution et les voilà prêtes à être dégustées.

Comment la manger ?

Une fois le pot ouvert, laisse les olives reposer au réfrigérateur 3 à 4 jours minimum avant de les manger. Juste le temps que leur amertume se dissipe et qu’elles atteignent leur saveur optimale.

a bit skeptical - but that wasn't necessary
The “bitter substance” evaporates very quickly. Now the glass has been in the fridge for a few days + an olive is tasted every day - today is probably the 4th day + actually the lid could already be closed. Hopefully they last longer than stated.
You can easily take out a subscription, these olives are just as fine - although I bought them “carefully” - I wasn't sure: But: Hats off, delicious!

This product is excellent and really tasty. On the other hand, I find it a shame that the company does not make the effort to be able to choose 3 pots of this variety in the trio formula rather than a mixture of other varieties that are very dry and have no taste interest. This lack of flexibility for regular customers is unfortunate.

Keep the jar four days open in the fridge or they are bitter (I tried to eat them the first day and they indeed were bitter). The fourth day came a taste of a bit sweet, and tapenade. A special taste and very clean and pure.
