This product is excellent and really tasty. On the other hand, I find it a shame that the company does not make the effort to be able to choose 3 pots of this variety in the trio formula rather than a mixture of other varieties that are very dry and have no taste interest. This lack of flexibility for regular customers is unfortunate.

Keep the jar four days open in the fridge or they are bitter (I tried to eat them the first day and they indeed were bitter). The fourth day came a taste of a bit sweet, and tapenade. A special taste and very clean and pure.

Superb, I waited 3 or 4 days, they are sometimes still a bit bitter, but it's not annoying, it's a good bitterness I think, I spread them on a plate there, in the fridge, at the beginning I left them in the jar. Many have this little sweet, divine taste, and the more they mature the better they are going to be I think. They are exceptional, the best on the market I think. Like the others you sell. A quality like that cannot be found elsewhere.
