I was delivered a 1.25 kg mango, hard as a rock. Still rock hard after 22 days of storage in the living room at the specified 22 degrees. Cut and tasted, unfortunately hard and tasteless down to the core. Complete disappointment.
In contrast, the 3 pieces were excellent after three days.

Vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback! Ja, die Keitt-Mangos können wirklich beeindruckend groß werden, und es tut mir leid, dass deine Mango nach so langer Zeit immer noch nicht reif war. Bei diesen großen Früchten kann es manchmal tatsächlich sehr lange dauern, bis sie weich und aromatisch sind. Sehr selten kommt es vor, dass sie so lange brauchen, aber in den allermeisten Fällen lohnt es sich, einfach abzuwarten, denn dann sind sie richtig lecker.
Es tut mir leid, dass die Mango direkt angeschnitten wurde bevor sie reif war. Falls du mal Fragen zu unseren Früchten hast oder ein Problem mit einer Frucht auftritt, kannst du dich jederzeit an unseren Kundenservice wenden. Merci pour votre retour. Effectivement, la variété Keitt a parfois tendance à mettre un peu plus de temps à arriver à maturité optimale, surtout en hiver. Elle mûrit plus lentement que d’autres variétés.
La Kent est malheureusement moins en saison en ce moment. À la place, je peux vous conseiller la mangue Edward et la mangue Ataulfo du Pérou. Elles sont toutes les deux délicieuses et mûrissent plus rapidement que la Keitt, ce qui vous permet d’en profiter plus vite.
Nous restons bien sûr attentifs aux variétés proposées afin d’assurer la meilleure expérience possible. Merci pour votre patience et votre confiance.
