Since I am a chef myself and therefore have a soft spot for everything that has a blade, I thought I would give it a try. And for the price, nothing can go wrong! Was skeptical at first, especially because of the price, but the part is beautifully made, the handle is tight, the blade is well sharpened and continues to this day! Although there must be more to my kitchen than just cracking coconut!
