Die Olive "Tanche" aus Nyons ist eine Sorte, deren Qualität und Feinheit weltweit bekannt ist. Als solche trägt sie das Gütesiegel PDO. Sie ist eine Olive mit einem buttrigen, fruchtigen Geschmack und einer feinen Bitternote, die das Ganze unterstreicht.

Bei Jurassic Fruit bieten wir dir die Olive aus Nyons in ihrem am besten bewahrten Zustand an. Sie wird naturbelassen abgefüllt. Ohne jegliche Vorbehandlung, ohne Öl, ohne Salzlake, nichts. Einfach nur Natur.

Das bedeutet, dass ihr Nährstoffgehalt optimal ist. Das ist so, als ob du das nahrhafteste kaltgepresste Olivenöl probieren würdest, nur noch gesünder, denn die ganze Olive liefert dir Ballaststoffe und andere wichtige Nährstoffe, die im Öl nicht enthalten sind!

Unser Produzent achtete darauf, seine größten Oliven am Zweig zu belassen. So hat er sie später, bei voller Reife (was bei Oliven selten vorkommt), von Hand geerntet. Anschließend hat er sie direkt in Gläser abgefüllt. Naturbelassen. Ein paar Monate wertvoller Reifung und schon sind sie bereit, verkostet zu werden.

Wie soll man sie essen?

Wenn du das Glas geöffnet hast, lass die Oliven mindestens 3 bis 4 Tage im Kühlschrank ruhen, bevor du sie isst. Gerade lange genug, damit ihre Bitterkeit nachlässt und sie ihren optimalen Geschmack erreichen.

a bit skeptical - but that wasn't necessary
The “bitter substance” evaporates very quickly. Now the glass has been in the fridge for a few days + an olive is tasted every day - today is probably the 4th day + actually the lid could already be closed. Hopefully they last longer than stated.
You can easily take out a subscription, these olives are just as fine - although I bought them “carefully” - I wasn't sure: But: Hats off, delicious!

This product is excellent and really tasty. On the other hand, I find it a shame that the company does not make the effort to be able to choose 3 pots of this variety in the trio formula rather than a mixture of other varieties that are very dry and have no taste interest. This lack of flexibility for regular customers is unfortunate.

Keep the jar four days open in the fridge or they are bitter (I tried to eat them the first day and they indeed were bitter). The fourth day came a taste of a bit sweet, and tapenade. A special taste and very clean and pure.
