Santol has a delicious, unique sweet and sour flavor. It's best to simply peel it and scoop out the white pieces of flesh surrounding the seeds. Suck on these pieces like a sweet lollipop and savor the unique flavor.

Ich kannte die Santol noch nicht. Die erste war so gar nicht meines. Hab dir anderenbeiden dann gerochen. Die rochen deutlich fruchtiger und ja schmecken auch anders. Der geschmach ähnelt der Achacha nur säuerlicher. Man muss es mögen und nicht wirklich mit der süß fruchtigen Mangostan zu vergleichen. Es ust nicht sonderlich viel Frucht dran und fie Tatsache das man nur 48std zum essen hat lassen mich überlegen ob ich noch mal bestelle. Alles in allem aber ein versuch wert wenn man gern neues entdeckt
