A bit disappointed because very few are purple in them, the seeds are sometimes very flat, as if the fruit had not grown.. some have only white skin..
They are still good but I expected more

Cocoa beans can indeed present natural variations depending on their degree of maturation and drying conditions. The purple color inside can vary from bean to bean, and some may sometimes be flatter if the fruit has not reached full maturity before harvest.

I eat cocoa beans like nuts to supplement my raw food diet. They taste wonderfully chocolaty, the white house gives a slight sweetness. It's very tasty.

Great combination of bitter cocoa core and sweet flesh. The longer you chew it, the sweeter the taste becomes. The core is al dente similar to nuts, which makes the product a healthy snack. It's delicious and you don't eat as much because you chew it for a long time (you can cover several weeks with a pack). The first few bites are sometimes very tough. It is very delicious and the cocoa beans are soft due to the coated flesh and have a longer shelf life when dried. Great product.
