I use it in my smoothie every day. My fridge is too small to store the amount of dragon fruit I need and the powder is a great alternative! It is also much cheaper than many others. Price/performance is therefore excellent!

Unfortunately not powder, but lumps. Moisture, probably. It is not for nothing that there is a drying bag in the product. Complained, complained!
