Schade, dass dir unsere getrockneten Kakis nicht zugesagt haben.

Unsere Produkte sind bewusst naturbelassen, roh und kommen ohne zugesetzten Zucker, Aromen oder Konservierungsstoffe aus. Dadurch schmecken sie oft weniger süß und intensiver als viele asiatische Produkte, die im konventionellen Handel häufig stärker verarbeitet sind, zum Beispiel mit Hitze, zusätzlichem Zucker oder anderen Zutaten für eine weichere Textur und ein sehr intensives Aroma.

Das kann man geschmacklich natürlich nicht direkt vergleichen. Gerade wenn man die Variante vom Asiaten gewohnt ist, wirkt der Unterschied oft deutlich.

Wir hoffen, dass dich unsere anderen Produkte mehr überzeugen können.

A small disappointment
A big fan of persimmons, I also like those dried the Japanese way (hoshigaki) bought from other producers, in Spain for example.
I am a bit disappointed with these ones, of fairly average quality, covered in powdered sugar and a bit rubbery.

Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que nos kakis sechés ne vous ont pas pleinement satisfait.

Concernant l’aspect que vous mentionnez, il ne s’agit pas de sucre en poudre ajouté. Le voile blanc que vous observez est du sucre naturel qui remonte à la surface pendant le processus de séchage traditionnel. C’est un phénomène typique des kakis séchés, notamment lorsqu’ils sont préparés de manière artisanale.

Cela dit, nous comprenons tout à fait que la texture puisse varier légèrement selon les lots et ne corresponde pas toujours aux attentes, surtout si vous avez l’habitude d’autres producteurs.
