I make aquafaba myself. To do this, I cook 2 pieces of kombu (2.5x2.5 cm each) together with 400g chickpeas in 2 liters of water on a low flame for 4 hours. Kombu is then thrown away. Kombu makes the aqua scraper thicker and can be whipped up like beaten egg white. Read it at Zsu Dever
