Finally, “real” plantains!
... I mean compared to plantains that were not organic at all purchased in the standard store, which by the way did not ripen 3 times out of 4...
These have ripened normally and quickly. I do not give the maximum number of stars, however, because I find the flesh a bit too dry and not very tender for my taste, even that of bananas that are very ripe.
