Very nice, funny evening. Grandchildren had to overcome some costs but were extremely interested. Ki kept helping when we couldn't identify the fruit - and was also wrong.

Well packaged and everything can be eaten immediately. And for the most part, it's super delicious. Unfortunately I didn't like one type of fruit, but the box can't do anything about it. I got to know many new fruits, I already knew mango, dragon fruit and papaya. The leaf with all sorts of fruits, recommended consumption and storage was perfect. It's just a shame that not all fruits from the shop can be included.
Maybe I missed it, but a list of the possible fruits directly on the website would be great.

Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass die Früchte in deiner Box geschmacklich nicht überzeugt haben. Bei der Surplus Box handelt es sich um gerettete Früchte, die manchmal in verschiedenen Reifegraden ankommen können, was den Geschmack beeinflussen kann. Auch die Zusammenstellung variiert je nach Verfügbarkeit, sodass nicht immer die gleichen Sorten enthalten sind.
Ich kann gut verstehen, dass es enttäuschend ist, wenn die Früchte nicht den erwarteten Geschmack haben. Manchmal benötigen manche Früchte auch noch etwas Zeit zum Nachreifen, um ihr volles Aroma zu entwickeln.
Dein Feedback hilft uns sehr dabei, unsere Surplus Boxen weiter zu verbessern und die Qualität der geretteten Früchte noch besser zu kontrollieren.
Falls jedoch etwas schlecht oder beschädigt bei dir angekommen ist, melde dich doch bitte nochmal bei uns.Beste Grüße,

The delivery reached me on time, the fruits were completely fine. I found the explanations on how to store and eat fruit very helpful, including the statement that a fruit could cause allergic reactions. I then tried them carefully - the reaction was very prompt. So thanks for the information, otherwise that would have caught the eye.
At first glance, the price appears very high. However, when you consider how much such fully ripe and very good quality fruits cost in brick-and-mortar stores, you are quickly in the same price range.
Conclusion: The next order is planned. Anticipation and curiosity guaranteed.
