Very very fresh and didn't require much stirring. As with the other nut butters, from spoon to my mouth, though it is great on fresh bread with butter.

The absolute best nut butter. Sweet and tastes like brown butter. I scoop it out pure within a few days. It's a shame that it's so expensive, but the sauce is really worth it. Good luck eating.
